Shipping
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 5 to 15 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. For the fastest resolution we offer Store Credit (digital gift card), issued as soon as your request is approved. Cash refunds apply only to unopened, unused items with original seals intact; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will send a free replacement or full Store Credit.
Cancellations: contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
